Infrared (IR) thermographic
On water damage claims, you no longer have to settle for some technician's uneducated guess as to the state of drying. We validate each and every one of our water losses with full-color JPEG images. Below are actual incidents which demonstrate the value of using the
FLIR camera.
We were called to dry a lake house in Cuba, Missouri. When we captured the picture, it became obvious that there was substantial moisture trapped behind the vinyl siding. Without the FLIR camera, it probably would not have been detected.
In this picture, the darker areas represent the true extent of the damage. Another firm had previously been to this loss and stated that they didn't think there was a moisture problem. With laser precision accuracy, we were able to identify the source and take appropriate action to dry without having to remove drywall.
This was a job at the Lake of the Ozarks that we were called in to do a diagnosis. Several buildings in a development had encountered water damage. the builder, developer, and others were unable to determine the extent of the damage without extensive demolition. We were called in and were able to show that moisture had found it's way between the exterior and interior walls causing severe damage. The exterior was an energy efficient foam system with a stucco overlay. To schedule a FLIR inspection of your home or office, call us or email us today. We offer an exciting and informative 1 hour FLIR presentation free of charge for your group. Email Leslie@aerodry.net to make arrangements.
